The Festival takes place in the heart of Vaison-la-Romaine's Théâtre Antique. An artistic celebration that fuses the timeless beauty of dance with the majestic and historic setting of the ancient theater.
Organized by the town of Vaison-la-Romaine, the famous international Vaison Danses festival is back for its 28th edition from July 10 to 24.

In partnership with Les Amis de Vaison Danses, the festival offers two exceptional shows at the Théâtre du Nymphée:
- Show 'Cannes Jeune Ballet - Rosella Hightower' on 16/07 at 9pm :
Following their masterful performance at the Carolyn Carlson evening in 2022 at the Théâtre Antique, the young artists from Cannes' Pôle Supérieur de Danse are back. They present three pieces: 'Un Momento di felicità' by Renato Zanella - 'G/S<L (Gently/Sick<Love)' by Francesco Nappa and 'Amber' by Lukas Timulak.
- 'Scène partagée : Jérémy Alberge and Nacim Battou' on 23/07 at 9pm:
Two very promising choreographers present one of their creations. The first, Jérémy Alberge, presents 'Agapé', a piece which won him the Trophée Sobanova in 2023. In the second half, the audience will be treated to Nacim Battou's latest creation, performed by young dancers from the Danse Mouvance school in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

PLEASE NOTE: as a prelude to Vaison Danses, on July 9 at 9pm, local talent (Vita Danse, Badaboum, the winners of Printemps des arts urbains 2024 and schoolchildren from the Cité Scolaire) will dance on the stage of the Théâtre du Nymphée. Free tickets available from the tourist office from June 10.
