Nicknamed the "Giant of Provence", this mythical mountain rises to an altitude of 1910 metres and dominates the region. Visible from most of our villages, its fascinating summit is a real eye-catcher.
Located around 25 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, Mont Ventoux is an exceptional massif for outdoor sports: cycling, hiking, trail running, paragliding, climbing... There are several hiking trails for experienced walkers or families.

At the summit is the Mont Serein resort, offering a wide range of family activities in summer and winter. In summer, you'll find playgrounds for children: accrobranche (tree climbing), inflatable games, horse or pony rides, dévalkart... With an average temperature drop of 10° compared with summer temperatures on the plains, the Mont Serein resort is a cool place to have fun all day long. And in winter, it's even possible to ski! With 12 km of downhill runs, 7 km of cross-country runs and 8 km of snowshoeing, tobogganing, snowboarding and night skiing, it's the ski area of Provence.
